Guest, Booking and Refund Policy
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Guests are required to pay a 100% advance at the time of booking itself.

- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians.
- Soles on Wheels is committed towards solo travellers and young backpackers and hence we do not recommend families to stay with us. In case you are travelling with a family, a hotel would be more suitable to your needs.
- Our standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. The identification proofs accepted are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License and Voter ID card. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID Card. Guests with Local IDs will not be allowed admission.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
- Right to admission reserved.

- Prepayment is mandatory at the property during Check-In

CANCELLATION POLICY
- All booking requests will be confirmed at a 100% advance payment at the time of booking.

- We will be providing full credits on any cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the arrival date. You will be able to avail the credited amount for any future booking at any of our properties.
- If informed within 7 days of the standard check-in time (12 pm), the entire amount shall be adjusted against the cancellation fee.
- In case the property is not able to host you due to any local or subjective circumstances, we will provide you with a credit of the same amount. You will be able to avail the credited amount for any future booking at any of our properties.

GROUP POLICY
- Before proceeding with a group booking, please note, Soles on Wheels DOES NOT ALLOW: Group stays beyond 8 people (even if the bookings are made in multiple instalments, through any booking platform).
- In case of a group of 4 or more, you would be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms.
- If the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Any group bookings which has note been authorised in advance, or has been made by several individuals/ separate bookings to make it appear as though it is not a group can be cancelled or denied at any time in advance or on arrival without refund.
- Soles on Wheels reserves the right to admission.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY
- Standard Check-In time is 12 noon
- Standard Check-Out time is 10 AM
- Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is subject to availability and discretion of the property.
- However please feel free to hang around in our common areas during that time.

BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY
- Extension of the stay would be provided on current room rates and are subject to availability.

- Current room rates may be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
